Pembrokeshire exhibitors at Welsh Hospitality 2008

The best of Welsh Hospitality, cutting-edge catering equipment and fabulous fast food was on the menu at the Carmarthen Showground recently.

There was a local focus as well as a strong regional and national flavour to the Welsh Hospitality show.

Organiser and owner of expowest exhibitions Peter Sugden said: "There were a host of local companies taking part again this year, but with the added attraction of top names in the catering world from all over the UK.

"We showcased specialists from Scotland, knowhow from the north of England along with movers and shakers from the Midlands and the south east."

There were plenty of familiar local brands alongside the likes of Nestle and Coors; and an unrivalled collection of experts offering help and advice on everything from super-fast grills and state-of-the-art coffee machines to luxury ice cream, smoothies and Welsh brewed beer.

Said Mr Sugden: "Our shows are a must for businesses planning and preparing for the year ahead, with everything available under one roof to meet all the needs of the region's hotels, guest houses, pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafes and convenience food outlets."

Pembrokeshire exhibitors at Welsh Hospitality 2008 included Morillo's, Pant Mawr, Celtic Wines, Mary's Farmhouse, Modern Print and Upton Farm Frozen Foods.
